Abstract

|
A rare case of endometrial stromal sarcoma with recurrence and metastases is reported with the brief review of literature.
This case, 37 year old woman, who had the past history of abdominal hysterectomy due to uterine stromal adenomyosis 10 years ago, was reoperated for debulking of mass. Meta-stases was found in the left ovary, lung and right kidney. Left ovarian tumor was 11.1 kg in weight. After dubulking operation, she has been given progeteron therapy and maintains good condition for these 5 months.
